How long does the delivery take & when the package is going to be shipped?

Packages are shipped the next day. In case of any unexpected delays, we will provide information on our website.

How can I find information about new releases / restocks?

We inform about every release on our Instagram (@cubbylab) and on the main page in „Explore” section. If you don’t want to miss any release, sign up to our newsletter that can be found on the main page with an E-mail and Instagram Nick to join our Close Friends Community.

How to know which size fits me better?

On the every product site in section „Size Chart” there is an option to check the measurements of different sizes. You can compare them to the clothes you already wear and see which one works for you. In which country your clothes are being produced?

Our clothes are being produced ethically in Poland. We use professional and experienced sewing rooms.

How to take care of your products?

Our clothes are produced from the best quality premium fabrics – thanks to that you will be able to wear them for years. Even though we recommend following instructions placed on tags – it has all the information regarding washing the product. If you want to dig dipper into this topic please head to „Care Guide” section (available soon).

I placed an order but I haven’t received any confirmation e-mail - is something wrong?

After placing your order you should always receive a confirmation e-mail and if you haven’t –please contact us through e-mail:contact@cubbystores.com. There is a possibility of payment or confirmation issue which we will resolve as soon as possible.

I ordered wrong product/size by accident. What should i do?

Please contact us through e-mail: contact@cubbystores.com. If you ordered too many products by accident, we will cancel the order for you. If you chose a wrong size, we will try our best to replace it with your desired one but if it’s not possible – we will try to resolve this in a different way.

I want to cancel my order. How to do it?

You can do it by contacting us through e-mail: contact@cubbystores.com. Don’t forget to include the order number.

How can I return my order?

Unused products can be returned within 14 days from receiving your order. More information regarding this topic and guide how to return your order can be found under a link in „Returns” section.

Delivered order contains wrong/damaged products. What should I do?

If this occurs please contact us through e-mail: contact@cubbystores.com. We will try our best to replace the products but if it’s not possible – you will get your money back immediately.
