Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After submitting the request, please ship the items back as soon as possible.

Please make sure the returned product is not damaged, stained, or washed. To  speed up the return process, we recommend returning the product with all original tags attached.

The cost of returning the order is covered by the customer.

Once we receive and accept your return, we will send you an email to confirm that the returned product has been received.

Standard and International Returns

1. Download and complete the RETURN FORM and attach it to your shipment.

* If the withdrawal is effective and made within the statutory period, the refund will be issued using the same payment method, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until we receive proof of its return shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a receipt or order confirmation to submit a return?
No, a completed return form with your order number is enough. You'll find the order number in your confirmation email.

When will I receive my refund?
If the return is effective and made within the statutory period, the refund will be issued using the same payment method, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until we receive proof of its return shipment.

Can I return a product without the original packaging?
Yes, but please make sure the product is adequately protected for shipping so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Can I exchange a product for a different size instead of returning it?
We don't offer exchanges - you'll need to return the item and place a new order if you'd like a different size.

Complaints

1. Download and fill out the COMPLAINT FORM.
2. Send the form to contact@cubbystores.com, remembering to attach photos of the product.
3. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with further details.

Complaints are processed within 14 days after we receive the product.
